Purchasing a new property is one of, if not, the biggest life event most people will face. During our first in person meeting, we will cover and review all of your criteria and my initial findings on potential areas that best suit your needs. This is meant to be very educational while also taking an in-depth look and what is most important to you, and whats currently available that fits those parameters. We will look at current market conditions, as well as any possible hangups that may arise during the process so we are well prepared to mitigate them, if and when the pop-up.
