I begin all potential listings by scheduling a complimentary consultation over the phone to understand what your basic needs & wants may be. From there we will discuss the current state of your home, the specifics of the property, as well as cover any other questions or expectations you may have.
Once we have covered the above, Nick will schedule a follow up meeting with you, at your earliest convenience, in order to present you with a thorough and expert based market assessment. This discussion will include conversations related to timing, strategic plan, marketing, as well as a review and explanation of all required disclosure forms.
